The course is taking place on 1st May 2026 at UCLH, and is endorsed by the Royal College of Anaesthetists and RA-UK.

We are looking for volunteers to act as scanning models for ultrasound-guided regional anaesthesia techniques. This is a fantastic opportunity for students and foundation doctors interested in anaesthesia, and involves being scanned by delegates in small groups under consultant supervision. No needles are used on volunteers — this is scanning only.

Volunteers will receive:
• £60 cash payment for their time
• A certificate of participation for their portfolio, which can be referenced in future speciality applications to demonstrate commitment to and engagement with anaesthesia.
