Charing Cross Campus
Reynolds Bar and Cafe
Come and support our Reynolds Bar on the ground floor, as all profits made go back into ICU’s funds to support the various activities they provide for you.
The space is open throughout the day for you to study and relax with friends in between lectures. There are several charging points and WiFi access to enable you to keep connected day and night.
By day, Taste Imperial runs a college café which is open from 8am to 3pm, serving food and hot drinks (discounted for students!) to keep you nourished through lectures. By night, the entire space operates as a dedicated Events venue. Reynolds Bar serves a range of drinks at student-friendly price, tasty Pizzas and other delightful comfort food.
Clubs and Socs Storage Room
Our Clubs and Socs room was newly renovated at the start of the 2020-21 academic year. This room is available for secure storage of large equipment by ICSMSU Clubs and Societies.
Please contact our Clubs and Socs chair at icsm.cs@imperial.ac.uk, if you wish to request storage space for your ICSMSU Club or Society.
SU Dance Studio
Our multipurpose dance studio is located in the basement. It can fit around 30 people and is a large open space, with wooden flooring and mirrored walls. It's used by many of our arts societies for rehearsals, performances and dance sessions.

Library / Computer Cluster
These are run by the College's Library services team. The library contains 14 computers and 2 colour printer-copiers. The adjacent computer cluster is also open to students and contains 62 computers, along with colour printer-copiers for A4 or A3 paper and scan-to-email facilities.

SU Common Room
Our SU common room is located in the Reynolds basement, and contains a microwave and sofas to provide a space where you can unwind between lectures and chill with your friends.
Our Common Room also services as a music practice room, with a permanent stand-up piano. Please contact Music society if you wish to request permission to make use of this medics.music@imperial.ac.uk.
We have also successfully lobbied faculty to provide a microwave and kettle in the Glenister Building kitchen if you require these facilities (1st floor Glenister Building, located adjacent to the entrance of Margravine cemetery).
SU Office
Our office is located on the ground floor of the Reynolds Building. All our SU have an open door policy, so pop in and say hi, we'd be happy to see you and support you with any queries you may have!
Gym
The gym is located in the Reynolds basement. It is run by college's Move Imperial who charge a £30 annual student membership allowing access across all their facilities.
The centre is also home to a separate Strength & Conditioning area, used by both ICSM and IC performance teams as well as Clubs at scheduled times.

South Kensington Campus
SU Common Room
Our SU common room is located on the ground floor of the Sir Alexander Fleming Building. It serves as a social space to unwind between lectures and chill with your friends! We have a table football, TV with HDMI cable, Microwaves, kettle, and a set of sofas.
Inside our common room, you’ll also find our “Pigeon holes” - If you ever have any physical post delivered to the SK campus, this is where it ends up. So, if you’re expecting anything, collect it asap or else it might be thrown away as we monitor them routinely! The room also houses storage cupboards for our Clubs and Societies.
Our common room space can be booked out by emailing icsm.president@imperial.ac.uk. This can only be booked out of hours upon request by our ICSMSU Clubs and Societies if needed as an adjunct for events.
President's Office / SU Office
We have 2 offices located within our common room, for our sabbatical president and for the rest of our SU committee to work out of. All our SU have an open door policy, so pop in and say hi if we’re in, we'd be happy to see you and support you with any queries you may have!
SU Shop / Store Room
We sell a range of SU-branded merchandise including fleeces, hoodies, t-shirts, and a range of accessories. We’ve also introduced a delivery system to post directly to where you are.
And remember, your SU is a non-for-profit charitable organisation so 100% of whatever you spend is directly reinvested into providing all the various services, facilities and activities we run for you!
SU Locker Room
Our locker room is located on the ground floor next to the stairs. We provide lockers for your personal storage.
Contact our Sites and Services officer on icsm.services@imperial.ac.uk if you require a locker. They are allocated for a 1-year period and must be renewed each year.
Hammersmith Hospital Campus
SU Common Room
Our SU common room is located on the ground floor of the Wolfson building. It contains microwaves, a TV, sofas and computers, serving as a social space to unwind between teaching sessions and when you have breaks during placements.
