Dr Guddi Singh  How to really listen to patients Guddi trained in medicine at the University of Cambridge before obtaining a master’s in public health from Harvard University. She is a paediatrician specialising in neuro-developmental and social paediatrics and a TV and radio broadcaster. Dr Frances Mortimer  What is sustainable quality improvement? As Medical Director at The Centre for Sustainable Healthcare (CSH). Frances is responsible for strategic development of CSH’s clinical transformation programmes and has a lead role in the European KitNewCare project in sustainable kidney care.
