Keynote: Professor Gillian Leng

President of the Royal Society of Medicine and a non-executive for the Department of Science Innovation and Technology.  In 2024 she was tasked by the government to lead an independent review into the roles of Physician and Anaesthesia Associates.
Gillian is a clinician by background, with a passion for using evidence to improve care.

Dr Rachel Clarke

The importance of quality of care at the end of life
Rachel is an NHS palliative care specialist, author, and former broadcast journalist known for her advocacy in end-of-life care and healthcare policy.

Dr Guddi Singh

How to really listen to patients  Guddi trained in medicine at the University of Cambridge before obtaining a master’s in public health from Harvard University. She is a paediatrician specialising in neuro-developmental and social paediatrics and a TV and radio broadcaster.

Dr Frances Mortimer

What is sustainable quality improvement?
As Medical Director at The Centre for Sustainable Healthcare (CSH). Frances is responsible for strategic development of CSH’s clinical transformation programmes and has a lead role in the European KitNewCare project in sustainable kidney care.

An invitation to submit a poster and give an oral presentation* at the online conference on 13th May 2026
A discounted delegate rate of £189 (no VAT). Co-authors will also qualify for the discounted rate.
An oral presentation at a national conference certificate with names of presenter(s) and author(s)
* 3-minute presentation followed by 3-minute Q&A
