We would like to invite you to participate in an important research project that explores students’ and staff perceptions of effective feedback practice across disciplines and their views on the usefulness and limitations of Generative AI-assisted feedback.

We would be grateful if you would consider taking part in a 60–90-minute focus group (with between 4–6 students). 

You would not need to prepare anything beforehand, and you are free to express any views or opinions you wish. Participation is voluntary and you do not have to answer any questions that you don’t want to. You have the right to withdraw from the study at any point and do not have to give a reason for doing so.

If you choose to participate, we would like to offer a £15 Amazon voucher as a token of our appreciation for your time and contribution to the project (this will be given to you after the focus group). Please be assured that all information collected will be treated confidentially and you will not be disadvantaged in any way whether you decide to participate or not.
