The project aims to explore and understand attitudes and perceptions of intranasal cocaine use pre-operatively. Specifically  looking at whether the use of intranasal cocaine is discussed and explored pre-operatively as patients often have ethical/religious/professional viewpoints that may have implications on consent for use of intranasal cocaine in sinonasal surgery.
