Women For Oncology UK is a voluntary organisation aimed at promoting a career in oncology, particularly in leadership and academic roles for women. It is known that female representation is lacking in these roles. The society includes a mentoring scheme, lecture series and a virtual networking space to encourage and support one another and tackle these inequalities. 

We are currently seeking: 

Mentors and mentees to take part in our mentoring scheme

Lecturers to provide a talk on leadership/academic oncology advice

Leadership roles to assist in running the society
