What are your plans after graduation? In 2010, 83.1% of F2 doctors progressed in their training. In 2019, only 34.9% did, and we want to find out why. The AIMS study is a national, multi-institution, cross-sectional study of all UK medical students looking to determine current medical students’ career intentions after graduation.
