Do you work in a healthcare setting and are you interested in enhancing your well-being?

All staff working in healthcare settings are invited to take part in a study testing the effectiveness of a personalised well-being app.

My name is Yasemin Dandil, and I am currently completing my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I am inviting all staff in healthcare settings to take part in a study testing the effectiveness of a personalised well-being app.

The personalised feature uses artificial intelligence to tailor content that it thinks you might find interesting and helpful.

The app includes a collection of resources and modules (e.g., meditation, nutrition, mood monitoring, moving towards a life that matters to you, kindness towards self and others) that aim to enhance well-being.

What does it involve?

If you decide to take part, you will initially be asked to complete a set of online questionnaires taking approximately 10 minutes. We will then give you free access to the app which you can download onto your Apple or Android mobile device.

During the study, we will ask you to complete a series of short questionnaires – initially every three days, and then after 30 and 60 days. This helps us to track the effects of the app overtime.

You are welcome to use the app as much or as little as you choose, and you can use any of the content you choose.

The best part is, once the study has finished you will be given ongoing free access to the app for personal use without the company analytics!
