Shrove Tuesday Final Year Dinner 2021

Dear Class of 2021,
Congratulations on making it through 6 long years of medical school! We know that this year wasn’t what you expected your last year of university to be.
That’s why your STFYD committee is extremely excited to announce that Shrove Tuesday Final Year Dinner will be on Friday 9th July 2021 and will be running as a joint event with affirmation. We’ve been working tirelessly to move the date of STFYD until July, because we understand how important it is that you have a fitting send-off before you join the front lines on the NHS. We will be announcing further details about location, timing and tickets in the coming weeks when plans have been finalised and approved – but for now, please save the date!
The very first Shrove Tuesday Final Year Dinner was celebrated in the midst of The Blitz, as a way to band together and celebrate the resilience of the human spirit in the face of adversity. 81 years on, we hope you can join us to carry on that spirit.
After all, you deserve it.
