My name is Mia Nunes, and I’m a 4th year medical student. For my Individual Research Project, I am exploring the teaching of food in medicine in U.K. medical schools. The aim of this survey is to establish how nutrition education is currently perceived, explore students’ own understanding of what Culinary Medicine is, and whether there would be interest in adding a Culinary Medicine course to the curriculum. The survey contains 18 questions and should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete. Your participation is voluntary, and your answers will be used anonymously for research purposes. As a thank you for your participation, I am offering five £50 gift vouchers by a prize draw.
