International Innovation in Medicine

Aiming to inspire the next generation of doctors, we are delighted to announce the African Caribbean Medical Association (ACMA) Cardiff’s annual conference on the 12th of March 2022.
We will be joined with world-class speakers discussing innovations in surgery, medical education, pharmaceuticals, Parkinson’s disease treatment, biotechnology and sustainability in Medicine, there will be something for everybody to explore. This event offers medical students the opportunity to explore the world of Medicine beyond the cocoon of their local medical school. We want to open fellow students’ eyes to their limitless career possibilities.
There will be an opportunity to showcase medical students’ talents during an oral poster presentation. Attendees who register in advance will also have the opportunity to partake in the following workshops:
- How we can make healthcare more sustainable
- How to build an international organisation from scratch
- Coding in Medicine
