My name is Reneira and I am a PhD student currently working on a wearable system that shows real-time core muscle activation and helps guide exercise. This device will be eventually used for those with back pain or really anyone who wants to builds their abs! 

I am looking to recruit volunteers for <1 hour to perform a few exercises and test the new belt/sensors out at Charing Cross Hospital (Lab block) next 2 weeks (6^th Dec-17^thDec). 

Alongside the added bonus of getting some exercise in for the day, I have £10 gift vouchers available for those who complete the study!
