All accepted abstracts presented at the conference will be published in the British Journal of Surgery.

Abstracts summarising audits, original research, pilot-projects, case reports, systematic reviews or meta-analyses are invited from trainees in all ten surgical specialties and medical students.

We warmly welcome international trainee submissions from outside the UK and Ireland.

Abstracts undergo rigorous and anonymous peer-review by a minimum of three reviewers. The highest scoring abstracts are accepted for presentation (either oral or poster). Abstracts will be considered for award of one of 25 prizes, spanning all specialties and abstract themes.
