  • The Citizens Advice Bureau offers free legal advice. They have offices all over London. Call 08701222313 to locate your nearest branch.

  • CRB checks are carried out at varies stages throughout the course.
    This is an enhanced check which will show up all cautions and spent convictions. If you have had any cautions or convictions you should inform the medical school of this at once.
  • Police cautions should never be accepted as they will show up on your CRB.
    If you are offered a caution you should refuse and call the medical school for advice on how to proceed.
